Returns & Exchanges

1. General Policy
AL-MAQARI AL-QUR’ANIYYAH UK offers educational courses, workshops, and events (“Services”) that are primarily intangible. Due to the nature of these services—including real-time instruction, access to digital materials, and limited class sizes—returns, refunds, or exchanges are subject to the terms below. By enrolling in a Service, you agree to these conditions.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

  • Cancellations by the Participant:
    • For online courses: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the course start date. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date, or after the course has begun (including partial completion).
    • For in-person workshops/events: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 21 calendar days before the event date. Cancellations made 14–20 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event, or for no-shows.
    • For hybrid courses (online + in-person components): Refund terms follow the stricter timeline of the in-person portion.
  • Cancellations by AL-MAQARI AL-QUR’ANIYYAH UK:
    • If we cancel a Service entirely, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your enrollment to a rescheduled session or an alternative course of equal or lesser value (with a refund for any price difference).
    • If we modify a Service significantly (e.g., change in instructor, reduction in session count, or shift from in-person to online format), you may choose between a full refund or enrollment in an alternative Service.
  • Exceptional Circumstances:
    • Refunds outside the above timelines may be considered for medical emergencies or bereavement, provided you submit written evidence (e.g., a doctor’s note) within 7 days of the cancellation date. Decisions are made at our discretion, and partial refunds may apply.

 

3. Exchanges and Transfers

 

  • You may transfer your enrollment to another participant (e.g., a family member or colleague) up to 7 days before the Service start date, provided the new participant meets any age or eligibility requirements. To request a transfer, email us at Mohammed2AhmadAbuzaghleh@outlook.com with the new participant’s details.
  • You may transfer your enrollment to a different session of the same course (if available) up to 7 days before the original start date, subject to a £15 administrative fee. Transfers to unrelated courses are not permitted; you must cancel your original enrollment (per refund terms) and re-register for the new course.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Digital course materials (e.g., downloadable guides, pre-recorded videos) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Gift vouchers, promotional codes, and discounted enrollments (purchased at 50% off or more) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Late fees, administrative fees, and event add-ons (e.g., materials kits for workshops) are non-refundable.

 

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. How to Request a Refund/Exchange
To submit a request, email us at Mohammed2AhmadAbuzaghleh@outlook.com with the subject line “Refund/Exchange Request – [Course Name] – [Your Full Name]”. Include:

 

  • Your full name and enrollment details (course name, start date).
  • Reason for the request (e.g., cancellation, transfer to another participant).
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable, e.g., medical certificate).

 

We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision via email.
